Paper/ JOINT Effectiveness Checklist for EU Foreign and Security Policy in Conflict and Crisis Situations by Kristina Kausch and Oliver Gnad

News

JOINT Effectiveness Checklist for EU Foreign and Security Policy in Conflict and Crisis Situations has been published on our website Kristina Kausch (Senior Fellow, German Marshall Fund’s Brussels office – GMF) and Oliver Gnad (Visiting Senior Fellow, German Marshall Fund’s Washington office – GMF).

It is the first easy-to-use and adaptive framework comprising both conflicts and crisis to assess EU Foreign and Security Policy, adding value to existing evaluation tools by assessing effectiveness relative to the level of difficulty of the policy environment and by adapting and developing existing standard policy assessment criteria to the multi-actor, multi-layered and multi-sector nature of EUFSP.
